There is a digital and TV program that celebrates Filipino talent: “Bangon Talentadong Pinoy.”
Hosted by Ryan Agoncillo, it is based on the hit program “Talentadong Pinoy” that dominated TV ratings from 2008 to 2014. “Bangon Talentadong Pinoy” showcases the wide diversity of Filipino talent. It boasts a total cash prize of P2.8 million.
“More than ever, people need a show like this,” Ryan explained. “At first I wasn’t keen on doing something that I have already done before, but I was convinced when I heard the new concept for the show and the goal of bringing hope and financial reward to people at a time when they need it most.
“Bangon Talentadong Pinoy” is produced by Cignal TV through The IdeaFirst Company. The show currently screens contestants and will go into production next month. To join, check out the show’s Facebook Page.
