Magic Men Australia Live in Manila is presented by Trifecta Brand Lab

Although it’s their first time in the Philippines, Magic Men Australia showed they have what it takes to get the crowd in a wild frenzy as they began their two-night performance at the Newport Performing Arts Theater in Pasay City on Saturday.

The excitement started as soon as the six members of the all-male revue group appeared on stage – Will Parfitt, Jeff Cornelius, Nic Murray, Sean Wepener, Carlo Powell, and Dante Johnson.

They were introduced by the night’s host, Carlos Fang, the MMA CEO himself. As the audience screamed, he said, “The more noise you guys make, the more clothes we have to take off.”

“You know, before we came here, somebody told us:  the people of the Philippines are a bit conservative and shy, but we are coming here tonight, and I don’t think they’re shy. I think they’re made to party!” he shouted.

With their hips gyrating and their perfect abs glistening in the lights, each Magic Men displayed their acrobatic and dancing prowess. A highlight was when they pulled in chosen women from the crowd and made them sit in a chair,  all the while teasing them with seductive motions.

The males dressed in their chosen costumes then removed their clothing one by one until they were left with nothing but their underwear. To say that the crowd went wild is an understatement. They went “nuts,” which was more like it.

Charlie, a 26-year-old employee, said she got her money’s worth considering that the show lasted three hours. She laughed endlessly with her friends afterward. “I never screamed this much in my entire life!”

“They’re like drag queens, but they’re the male version. They showed us  that there can be a safe space for this type of entertainment and it can be an art,” a member of the LGBTQIA community pointed out.

“Masaya. Nakakakilig sıla, ang daming gwapo, lalo na yang host!” drag queen Lady Morgana exclaimed.

“It was exhilarating and crazy fun. I didn’t find it bastos at all. Seems it was the girls who ‘forgot’ themselves,” a retired professor noted.

“Na-stress ako… ang hot!,” one tita revealed. ” I’m glad there’s this kind of show that will make us forget our inhibitions and fulfill our fantasies, even for just one night.”

The fans agreed that Magic Men Australia should return to the Philippines for an encore or a return engagement.

The Magic Men will perform their final show tonight at the Newport Theater before they embark on their summer tour, which covers the United Kingdom, Denmark, Germany, Canada, and the United States. The Philippines is the first stop of their global tour. During their press conference, the guys revealed that they treat their work like any other. It entails a lot of discipline, including eating the right food and working out daily.

“One thing we all have in common is our passion for performing. When we have a lady or a gentleman on stage with us, and they feel comfortable being on stage with us, the energy is felt, not just between us, but the entire crowd feels it. And it’s just something that we pride ourselves on, and it’s a fantastic thing,” Will, the group’s most popular member, stated.
