VICTORIA Sports Pro Cycling (VSPC) marked its fourth high-octane season recently with an official presentation of its 2026 roster—a blend of seasoned champions and explosive young talents who share the same grit and determination to excel in the sport.

VSPC’s founder Pako Ochoa reflected on the team’s journey and evolution, emphasizing their international presence as both a privilege and a duty to showcase Filipino excellence to the world.

“In our four years, we’ve covered roughly 40,000 kms over 250 race days in more than 20 countries,” Ochoa said. “From multiple national titles to major wins in Oman, Japan, Indonesia and China, VSPC has competed with top teams—including UAE Team Emirates, Movistar, EF (Education First-EasyPost) and others.”

“What defines this team is the shared drive to represent the Filipino spirit at the highest level of the sport,” he added during the presentation at the Las Casas Filipinas de Acuzar in Quezon City.

VSPC—fresh from dominating the recent 2026 PhilCycling National Championships in Tagaytay City—is an International Cycling Union (UCI) Continental team boasting of a new lineup of homegrown and international riders.

The team is composed of Ochoa, Ismael Grospe Jr., Edson Corbadora, Daniel Ven Cariño, Ean Cajucom, Mark Alex Barluelo, Jude Francisco, Darius John Villaseñor, Alexis Pagara, Nichol Pareja, Marcelo Felipe and Rush Camingao and team management staff Lino Sembrano, Vanjoe Calimlim, Michael Reyes and former Tour Pilipinas champion Rhyan Tanguilig.

Francisco is the reigning national criterium champion and Baruelo the Road Race king in the Under-23 category of the national championships two weeks ago with Corbadora criterium silver), Baruelo (bronze criterium), Nichol Pareja (bronze Individual Time Trial) and Grospe (silver Road Race) also making the podium.
